Chapter 10 Clients, Groupware & CLI Admin: #pOverview

SharpMail Webmail PWA, Outlook-Style Calendar & Contacts, CalDAV/CardDAV & Mobile Push

Unlike protocol-only mail backends, SharpMailserver ships with a fast, installable Webmail PWA (/mail/) featuring a full Outlook-style Calendar (Month, Week, Day, and Agenda views with side-by-side overlap layout and mini calendar), visual Contact Cards with a profile inspector, Notes, and Tasks - all backed by the exact same store as CalDAV, CardDAV, and Mobile Push.

Operational Tip & Architecture Note

Every groupware interface shares one unified real-time store: creating an event or contact card in Webmail pushes immediately to iPhone (ActiveSync WBXML or CalDAV/CardDAV), macOS, Android, and Thunderbird.

Well-Known Discovery & Synchronization Endpoints

Modern clients (iOS, macOS, Thunderbird, DAVx5) auto-discover all collections using just https://mail.company.com.
