sharpmailserver.com does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies and does not show a cookie banner because no consent-requiring technologies are used. Only technically necessary entries are stored in your browser (Section 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG).

None of these entries contains personal data or is transmitted to us or third parties.
3. Third-party services
Google Fonts (see Privacy Policy) does not set cookies but receives your IP address when fonts are loaded. During license checkout you are redirected to Stripe; Stripe sets its own strictly necessary cookies for fraud prevention and payment processing. Details: stripe.com/cookies-policy/legal.
4. Cookies in the SharpMailserver software
The self-hosted SharpMailserver Admin cockpit and Webmail use session cookies and local storage for authentication, CSRF protection and user preferences. These are operated in your infrastructure and under your responsibility as controller; iqmeta GmbH receives no data from them.
5. How to control storage
You can delete local storage and cookies at any time in your browser settings (usually under "Privacy" or "Site data"). The website remains fully usable; only your display preferences are reset.
