1. Overview
The following service providers process personal data on our behalf. For self-hosted SharpMailserver installations no sub-processor receives your mail data. Changes are announced at least 30 days in advance on this page (see DPA).

3. Services operated in-house
Email (support@, security@ and license emails) is processed on our own SharpMailserver instance mail.sharpmailserver.com; the website, checkout database, license service and trial requests run on servers operated by iqmeta GmbH in Germany. No external analytics, CRM, ticketing or newsletter services are used.
4. Change notifications
Customers who would like to be informed of changes by email can register at support@sharpmailserver.com (subject: "Sub-processor updates").
